Unique Features

A pacifier alongside breastfeeding? That's possible

The teat stretches and contracts to your baby's suckling rhythm, just like at the breast. The symmetrical shape mimics the mother's nipple, thus keeping the natural sucking reflex intact.

Harmony fopspenen

Unique Features

No influence on teeth and speech development

The suction part is flat and the base is thin, allowing the gums to continue moving correctly. The soother is lightweight and does not deform in the mouth.* (*when used according to the recommended age size)

Unique Features

Silky soft shield

The shield curves slightly away from the face and barely touches the baby's skin. Silky soft, taste and odor free — pleasant in the first few weeks, when your baby is still sensitive to stimuli.

How does the Dynamic Pacifier work?

The nipple of the Dynamic pacifier is made up of multiple layers of silicone of varying thicknesses. Thanks to its unique, flexible design, the pacifier moves with your baby's natural sucking rhythm. This works step-by-step as follows:

  1. When your baby makes a sucking motion, the pacifier's nipple extends further. This provides extra support for your baby's mouth and jaw muscles as they contract.
  2. After the sucking motion, the direction of the mouth and jaw muscles changes, causing the nipple to retract back to its neutral base position.
  3. With each subsequent sucking motion, the pacifier offers optimal support and does not disrupt the natural sucking reflex.
What is the difference between the Difrax Dynamic and Natural pacifier?

The shield of the Dynamic and Natural pacifier is specially designed to keep the nose clear. The shape of the teat is oval (symmetrical) for both pacifiers, which ensures high acceptance. Both pacifiers are suitable for babies who like to rotate the pacifier in their mouth. The pacifier is exactly the same when turned around.

The difference between these two pacifiers lies in the construction of the teat. The teat of the Dynamic pacifier consists of multiple silicone layers of different thicknesses. Thanks to these layers, the tip of the teat optimally moves with your baby's sucking motion. The pacifier stretches with a sucking motion and then contracts back to its basic position. This protects the natural sucking reflex. This is a significant advantage, especially for breastfed babies.

Compared to the Dynamic pacifier, the teat of the Natural pacifier is made of a single layer of durable silicone and is therefore less flexible when your baby sucks on the pacifier. The teat moves less with the sucking motion, ensuring a stable tongue movement. The teat is completely smooth, while the Dynamic pacifier has several silicone bumps on the inside to mimic the mother's nipple more closely.

Every child has their own pacifier preference, and both types are equally responsible. Depending on your child's preference, you can choose between the Dynamic or Natural pacifier.

In what sizes is the Dynamic pacifier available?

The Dynamic Baby Shower collection is only available in Newborn 0-2M. The shield is extra small in size, making it lightweight and ensuring a good fit around a newborn's mouth.

The Dynamic pacifiers in the Botanic and Harmony collections are available in 4 different sizes and grow with the child's age:

0-6M+ and 6-18M. For older children, the 18M+ pacifiers are available with an extra-strong nipple.
