Read the user instructions beforehand. Before use the pump for the first time, sterilise the milk container, valve and diaphragm chamber in boiling water for up to 5 minutes. Make sure all the parts are completely dry. Allow the parts to cool on a clean cloth. Attach the breast pump and place it in your bra. Keep your upper body upright while pumping. Do not lean forward or backward more than 45°.

Finished? Gently remove the pump carefully from the bra. Do not turn the breast pump upside down during this process. You can easily pour the expressed milk into a bottle or breast milk storage bag using the opening in the milk container.
