The Difrax soothers have a butterfly-shaped shield. This keeps the nose free and ensures the soother fits nicely on the face. The holes in the shield provide extra airflow, preventing skin irritation. The size of the soother shield has been specially developed for babies aged 12 to approximately 20 months.
