Report a complaint

Do you have a complaint about one of our products? We're very sorry to hear that, and we'd like to hear about it. We want to solve the problem for you and prevent other parents from encountering the same issue.

To help you as quickly as possible, it is best to fill out our contact form. You can also add photos there to clarify your complaint.

It is important that you do not discard the product your complaint is about. We may request its return for investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for discarded products.
