Met een app bedien je de kolf vanaf je telefoon, zonder hem uit je bh te halen. Je houdt je kolfsessies bij op één plek, zoals de hoeveelheid melk en de duur. Dat geeft overzicht en maakt het makkelijk om je routine te delen met je lactatiekundige.

Welke handsfree kolf past bij jou?

De Difrax LOVI SmartSense handsfree borstkolf met app bedien je via de DifraxLOVI-app. Hij heeft 4 pompmodi met 12 niveaus, een SkinFIT borstschild en vangt tot 180 ml op. De Difrax Hands-free Borstkolf bedien je via het display. Die heeft 3 modi met 8 niveaus en vangt tot 120 ml op. Beide zijn er ook als duo.

Waar let je op bij de keuze?

Kijk naar de pompmodi, het geluid, de accuduur en de inhoud van het reservoir. Minstens zo belangrijk is de pasvorm van het borstschild, want die bepaalt hoe comfortabel kolven voelt. Extra onderdelen vind je bij kolfaccessoires.

What does a breast pump with app do?

With a breast pump with app, you control the pump via your phone. You track your sessions, such as how much milk you express and for how long. For the Difrax LOVI SmartSense, the DifraxLOVI app is available in Dutch, English and French.

Single or double breast pump: which suits me?

With a single pump you express one side at a time, for example while feeding on the other breast. With a double set you pump both breasts at once. Handy if you pump often or exclusively.

Is a hands-free pump as effective as a regular pump?

That depends on the model and the fit of the breast shield. A good fit matters more than the type of pump. Not getting as much milk as you would like? Ask a lactation consultant for advice.
