How to use the nursing pads

Take a pad out of its wrapper. Place it in your bra with the soft side facing your skin. Press the adhesive strips onto the inside of your bra, so the pad stays in place.

Change regularly

Replace the pad as soon as it feels damp. This keeps your skin dry and fresh.

Choose your colour

Wearing light clothes? Choose a white pad. Under dark clothes, a black pad is less noticeable.

Single use

The nursing pads are designed for single use. Throw away a used pad after changing it.
