How to use the pads

Remove the pad from the sachet and peel off the protective film. Do not touch the moistened side with your fingers. Gently place the moistened side onto your nipple. Remove the pad before feeding. Afterwards, place it with the moist side facing up on a clean surface. Wash your nipples with lukewarm water and pat them dry.

Extra cooling

For an extra cool sensation, place an unopened sachet briefly in the refrigerator.

Safe use

Do not use the pads on severely cracked nipples or on deep or bleeding wounds. If you have bleeding nipples or a burning sensation, please contact your lactation consultant, midwife or doctor.
