This S-baby bottle features an XL teat. The Wide S,M,L and 1-2-3 teats also fit the Porridge bottle.
The Porridge bottle XL has an extra wide teat opening, ideal for giving thick nutrition such as milk porridge and well pureed fruit porridge. The Porridge bottle XL is ideal for babies from 6 months old.
The Porridge teat with extra wide opening is suitable for extra thick liquid foods like porridge and allows your baby to drink calmly. The gray Easy grip handles are easily held by little hands.
The popular Difrax S-bottle with anti-colic system is unique. The anti-colic valve prevents vacuum suction and ensures a constant flow of the nutrition allowing your baby to drink without interruptions and without swallowing air. This prevents chances of stomach cramps, colic, baby burping, reflux and vomiting. The Porridge bottle XL is available in 310 ml and is provided with grey easy grip handles.
Tip: before each use we advise you to check whether the tiny air hole in the center of the valve is open by squeezing it several times.

Which type of S-bottle do I choose?
The S-bottle comes in two types: Natural and Wide.
The Natural S-bottle
Your baby will quickly accept the Natural S-bottle thanks to the small bottle teat, making it the most popular baby bottle. The slim design ensures that the Natural S-bottle is easy to hold.
The Wide S-bottle
The Wide S-bottle has a bigger bottle teat. This is especially suitable for babies who prefer a wide latch, as they open their mouth a bit more. The Wide S-bottle is available in two sizes: 200 ml and 310 ml. The Wide S-bottle 310 ml has the largest capacity and is therefore the ideal follow-up bottle.
Which capacity should I choose for my baby bottle?
The Natural S-bottle comes in 170 ml and 250 ml, the Wide S-bottle comes in 200 ml and 310 ml.
The smallest sizes (170 ml and 200 ml) are mostly used in early on, just after birth. After a while, your baby will start to drink more. That’s when you can switch to the Natural 250 ml or the Wide 310 ml S-bottle.
The Wide 310 ml bottle is also available as a porridge bottle. The follow-up bottles of the same type differ only in capacity

Hi Kelly, Vervelend dat je kindje zich verslikte. De flessenspeen op de papfles XL is de speen met het allergrootste gat, bedoeld voor grove granen papvoeding. Als deze speen nog te snel gaat dan kun je er een andere wide speen opzetten, bijvoorbeeld de L speen. De XL speen kun je dan bijvoorbeeld bewaren voor een later moment.
