Difrax webshop return information

We pay close attention to service, product display and information on our webshop. Should the item not received yet meet your expectations you can return the item only if:

• The article is ordered through difrax.com
• The article is unused, unopened in original packaging and is equipped with any attached labels.
• The item within 14 days after receiving the order returned to the following address:

Please include the enclosed return form or a copy of your packing slip so that we can process and credit your returned products as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your products. Please check with your carrier. Sometimes it can be cheaper to keep a product.

If you return your complete order, we will also refund the shipping costs (from Difrax to you).

Is your order incomplete, did you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or do you wish to revoke your order?  Before returning your order, please contact our customer service customer service via the contact form.
