Tip: Apply the nipple shield to a dry, clean breast. Do not use creams or oils. Sterilize the shields in boiling water for at least 3 minutes before the first and each subsequent use.

Which size nipple shield do I recommend?
The correct size depends on the size of the nipple, not the size of the areola. If the nipple has 1 to 2 mm of space, this is the correct size.
