The baby world is an industry that never stands still. Innovations follow one another in rapid succession. Young parents are increasingly critical of the information and products provided for their offspring.

Difrax is constantly working to innovate and stay up-to-date in this rapidly changing world. We share our knowledge during workshops and training sessions for maternity nurses and others, and we use feedback from healthcare professionals to improve our products.

We also encourage pupils and students by offering internships in various departments within our organization. This way, we have interns year-round who help us maintain quality at Difrax and, together with Difrax, offer a helping hand to all young parents. We learn from each other to gain an innovative and fresh perspective on the world. In doing so, the interns gain a solid foundation of knowledge for their future careers. A true win-win situation!

From the first day I started my internship at Difrax, I felt completely at home. I received a very warm welcome, along with the other interns, and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. My work during the internship was very diverse, and it was a lot of fun! I was given tasks like setting up an influencer campaign, creating social posts, writing copy for new product launches, and packaging and sending out fun press kits.
