Speen te groot

Mijn baby drinkt veel sneller uit de speen dan uit de borst en spuugt alleen maar na het voeden met de fles. Is er een kleinere speen verkrijgbaar nog dan de mini? Zelfs ik hoef er geen moeite voor te doen om er iets uit te krijgen.
