Storing and transporting breast milk
Expressed breast milk can be safely stored in the freezer. There, it will keep longer than in the fridge. We have two products for storing and transporting breast milk: double-walled breast milk storage bags with a flat base and labels, and reusable storage containers for breast milk and baby food that can be written on with a pencil.
Breast milk storage bags
The Difrax breast milk storage bags are an ideal way to easily store and transport breast milk. Thanks to the flat base, you can place the bag in a stable position while you fill it and then store it upright in the fridge or freezer. Breast milk can be stored in the freezer for a longer period of time, even up to three months at -15°C. If necessary, use a cooler bag to transport the frozen breast milk storage bags.
