Have a complaint?
Do you have a complaint about one of our products? We are very sorry to hear that. Please let us know about your complaint, and we will do our best to solve the issue so that other parents won’t experience the same problem.
To help you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in our contact form If you want, you can also add pictures to clarify your complaint.
Please don’t throw away the product you’re having an issue with as we may ask you to return it so we can do some research. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any discarded products.
